Bosun Engineering Consultants is based on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, serving regional and metropolitan NSW. We specialise in complex infrastructure delivery and are known for our integrated and agile approach, and solutions-focused thinking.
​Established in 2018 by Director Duncan Clarke, and joined by Associate Adam Grant in 2020, Bosun Engineering Consultants is a trusted provider of civil engineering, project and construction management, asset management, and advisory services, with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Duncan Clarke, Director
Duncan started Bosun Engineering Consultants in 2018 following 23 years working in both public and private industry. Duncan's aim is to provide a more engaging experience for those dealing with civil infrastructure.

Duncan is passionate about improving civil infrastructure and in particular road transport and urban infrastructure. Whether it be the planning, design and delivery of new infrastructure or the management of existing assets, Duncan can provide critical services and advice.
Having spent time as both a client, managing of public assets, and consulting senior engineer/project manager in private practice, Duncan is uniquely placed to assist you, having seen projects go from start to finish from both sides of the client/consultant fence. Duncan's knowledge and experience can add value to your project from initial inception and project feasibility through to delivery and long term maintenance

Adam Grant, Associate
Adam has over 25 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with 15 years working on the contactor side and 10 years on the client side providing quality outcomes.

Adam is a dedicated Senior Project & Construction Manager, with a clear focus that communication is the key factor in achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Adam enhances this focus with the ability to provide succinct, clear and honest advice on any project he is involved with and has developed a broad base of experience and skills across different areas of project delivery and management.

Having successfully delivered a number of highly complex road, bridge and building projects over the past two decades​ Adam brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding of complex project delivery.​​​​
